Обычно держатель не варят поскольку сварка уводит металл,его считают на винты или болты как и сам столик.Современем зделай ведущий ролик из капролона как и ролик бочкой-будет эстетичнее....А то один такой другой из дерева.И я пробовал делать из фанеры ведущий мотора-через год он набух влагой и стал крошитца,пришлось искать болванку из алюминия.На первое время хороший апарат но столик нужен на поворот угла-мне очень это помогает особенно когда нужен точный градус..Вообще если делать ролик из фанеры то берут влагостойкую и там где прилегает лента -покрывают каучуковыми герметики и,если такового нет то берут резину от камеры как на колёсах ленточника по дереву.

"homemade lathe" is always good to watch, but it is not accurate, not economical, and time-wasting project, the best is to buy a cheap used lathe and modify it to make it better, an worn old lathe is cheap

мл.. мужчины.. где вы такой металл берёте, чтоб с таким запасом прочности изделие слепить? На блошинке лист нержавейки 50х80х0,4см мне за 7600руб. предлагал торгаш. Глаза чуть на лоб не вылезли.
